Workbooks

Structured inner work for the page. CBT-informed, trauma-aware, slow.

Workbooks are a different category from coloring books. They are paper companions for the work that happens between therapy sessions, between journal entries, between three-in-the-morning and morning. Reflective prompts, body scans, classic CBT thought records, and named patterns — given a page, given a structure, given the time you need.

What makes a Tallya workbook different

  • Literary, not clinical — each pattern opens with a short scene, then the CBT instruments follow
  • Non-linear — read in any order, pick the one your week is asking for, skip the chapters that are not yours yet
  • Trauma-aware pacing — you are guided slowly, given options, never asked to enter a memory your body refuses to enter
  • Real CBT instruments — classic thought records, body scans, cognitive reframes, all in plain language
  • Built-in safety — a primer, a glossary, and a crisis-resources page at the back of every workbook
